Change of Mind

As a small business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions about sizing, colours, or products.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it quickly.

We’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

 

Custom and Commissioned Pieces

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on commissioned artwork or personalised items unless they arrive damaged.

 

T-Shirts and Apparel

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, so please check the sizing guide carefully before ordering. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll of course fix that up for you.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g. faulty product, or incorrect item).
