We pack and ship all orders with love and care from Far North Queensland, Australia. Below are the details on how we get your goodies to you!

 

Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and posted within 2–4 business days. During busy times (like new product drops or sales), this may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

 

Delivery Times

Australia:

Standard: 3–7 business days

Express: 1–3 business days

International:

Shipping times vary depending on location. Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, but customs or postal delays may occur.

Please note: Once your order is posted, delivery times are out of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free shipping is available on Australian orders only over $125. Discount applied automatically at checkout. 

 

Tracking

All parcels come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.

 

Local Pickup / Markets

If you’re local to the Cairns area or visiting one of our market stalls, feel free to message us about a pickup option if available.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can’t be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help locate it via the shipping provider.
